The hotel is fairly clean and has amicable staff. the location of the venue is excellent and amazing, very close to buses, Burleigh Heads shopping centre, Surf life saving clubs, restaurants, and public transport. the restaurant serves wonderful local food. Would stay here again, a very relaxing stay in February this year.

We liked facilities and stuff there, everything needed for our weekend. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Willow Dining that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Located in 2 miles from Burleigh Heads;))

The room was great-sized and updated. the bathrooms were stunning. - the hotel was close to North to Surfers. - There are marvellous restaurants nearby, including Rick Shore's which is an absolute "MUST". - the location is near the park.

Fairly clean hotel, VERY HELPFUL staff, perfect location to the marvellous restaurants that have opened in recent times including Rick Shore's which is an absolute "MUST". Newly renovated room with great views, renovated kitchen, for example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

Stayed in well-equipped superior apartment on level 8. The atmosphere created was lovely!

the spacious apartment was well-equipped, making it easy to enjoy our time together as a family, and we appreciated the convenience of having beach towels available. improvements could be made regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity and maintenance of the bathrooms to enhance the overall experience.

The staff here are amazing, doing a great job, and my room is newly renovated with air conditioning and a clean bathroom.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are bright and recently refurbished. Private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath sheets provided. A variety of dining options available. Great place to stay for exploring Gold Coast.

The array of restaurants in Burleigh Heads is simply amazing, offering everything from healthy options to indulgent pasta dishes. The security tag on the key gives you access to the entire building, making you feel like a VIP. And let's not forget the boutique stores and nature walks, perfect for the whole family!

Oh, did I mention the pool view from my room? It was so delightful to watch the pool patrons and be a part of their every conversation and splash.

Here, the well-equipped superior apartment had air conditioning and a private balcony, which was lovely for relaxing.

I recently stayed at Southern Cross Beachfront for three nights and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the main precinct and right across from the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had stunning views from both the kitchen/balcony and lounge. I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and the usual amenities like a hair dryer and iron. The complex facilities, including table tennis, tennis, pool, spa, and sauna. The owners, managers, and staff were exceptionally friendly and provided the best service I've experienced in years. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment felt just like home with all the necessary amenities including a washing machine, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. It was so convenient to have a hair dryer, iron, and other necessary items readily available. The spacious two bedroom and two bathroom layout was perfect for our family.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the private balcony.
